It is a powerful super but so is the Stormcaller's. If anything the length of the allotted time for the Gunslinger's super needs to be increased to match that of the Sunbreaker.

But if you have nothing to throw at cause people are evading it's wasted. So all in all its not an op super if you can avoid it. Trying to tackle it head on is foolish. Also shadowshot has nullified my sunbreaker mode dozens of times. So it can be stopped easy.
