So I've ranked up my cryptarch a whole bunch since 2.0, but still haven't gotten one legendary engram from the packages, while I used to get legendaries pretty much all the time before the update. Did they nerve it or something? cryptarch packages used to be my prime source of good loot, but it's all 260-280 blues right now.
