Instead of being limited to 3 shots, golden gun should be unlimited until the timer runs out.
Edit: Thanks everyone for your feedback. Lots of great discussion. Hopefully Bungie is paying attention and will make this change, like we all seem to want.

51 通の返信So judging by your update, your serious? Lel gg has massive aim assist and can't really be avoided. I don't think I've ever been killed mid-air by a hammer.... It's kinda similar but a gg with no shot limit would be dumb op. Would you stop using hunters because they would be op? Probably not... But since titans (who have had shitty supers since the beginning of time) finally have a good super, lets cry... Please make MY class op, not the titans... wahhhh wahhhh

1 返信just about every single person commenting on your post either mains a titan or a hunter. let me just put my two cents in as someone who mains a warlock. the titan super is incredibly unbalanced. i know when i hear a goldy coming, 9/10 times i challenge them. i kill them sometimes, i trade a lot of the time, and sometimes they kill me. hammer on the other hand, not even once. they wipe everyone in existence, every single time. when i see a golden coming, i just pop radiant skin and wait around a corner and tank a golden shot and melee him. i walk away with an overshield, he walks away dead. i have shot a sunbreaker with shadow of veils in the head, then through a firebolt. he turned around and hammered me and walked away with full health and proceeded to wipe out the whole team. i challenge bladedancers all the time. i challenge sunsingers. nova and panic fist you just die to, but it's over. i even kill them before they get it off sometimes, but they are not really a problem.

3 通の返信This actually would be interesting if balanced right. Say 6 shots if done rapid fire but averaging around 3 if you go very far. So around 13s with each shot deducting approx 2s so around 6 shots max from a relatively stationary position (some time is used between shots as there is a capped RoF). In pvp this would probably only be useful vs other supers and probably wouldn't result in 6 kills unless the player is some kind of super twitchy player. Players might spam shots more in pvp but that'll actually lower their average kills with the super. It'd also effectively give a gunslinger an initial offensive boost that'd make a good trade off as it has little defensive side to the super. It'd also remove the meta of counting shots to counter a gunslinger. Instead you'd just have to guess when it'll run out like all the other mobile supers. For pve this would be a rather nice buff making the super more useful outside the nighthawk, but also make the nighthawk less useful. It'd be an interesting idea, but should probably be highly tested. But the base concept is very interesting.

The most you can throw is 6-7 and spamming them is retarded. Only thing Hammers has going for itself is the insane amount of armor it gives. I seen someone in here say it has the same tracking as the Truth rocket. Delete your account.

well since golden gun has faster travel time and accuracy I'd suggest hunters have 4 shots naturally and a perk that increase it to 5 since 4 or 5 is typically the amount of hammers thrown per super use in crucible from what I've seen

Yeah. The only downside to hammer compared to golden gun is that they have travel time. But they also have generous aim assist and splash damage. Couple this with the fact the Titan gets insane armour, unlimited hammers (while the timer counts down), and a buffed melee makes it hard to see how it's meant to be balanced with golden gun.

1 返信I think the shadowshot super should get a little buff. Not more damage or range, but when I have the perk to shoot 3 arrows my super drains really fast after the first shot. It goes from full to about 40% which gives me a small window to use my other 2 shots.

Why are people still asking for nerfs, remember what happened last time, the only viable gun to use were hand cannons/red death wether we admit it or not because bungie listened to all the crybaby posts about nerfing that ecerything else was shit compared, if you hear a hammer run dont take them on its just takes stupid to a whole new level
