The Chaperone: Damage drop of is too short

So after playing around with this new shotgun and noticing a glitch with its final perk (and the fact that that final perk is almost useless. Read more here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/155402429/0/0) I also noticed that the drop off for the damage is rediculously short. The range on the shotgun puts it up there as one of the best and it will certainly hit from range but it will do next to no damage because of how quickly it loses damage. Honestly speaking The Chaperone should have the longest effective range of all shotguns. Because of its slug round being a single entity, it's easier to miss thus balancing out. [b]Edit:[/b] don't come in here complaining about how it shouldn't have range because it's a shotgun because you're showing just how ignorant you are. A slug has a far longer effective range then buckshot yet it's the opposite in Destiny. If you come in here to complain about shotgun range then don't. Shotgun range was fine, the real issue is map size. Nearly every map is small, CQC orientated heavily biased towards shotguns. Nerfing/buffing won't give you variety in gameplay, large open maps with some close quarters is more effective at giving variety. And finally, if you come in to offend/insult people for using shotguns then I will report you there and then.
