-blam!- you, Bungie. I know these games are complicated, I know there's a lot that goes into this---but you CANNOT continue to sell people shit they cannot use because of you. Baboon is user side? Tell me, why in the holy -blam!- would you design a game with an interface/network that apparently isn't compatible with so many of its users?
Hard wire connection? A LOT OF PEOPLE USE WIRELESS. If the game cannot be played over wireless, that needs to be on the -blam!-ing box or you need to -blam!-ing fix it. Now.
Sell the game when it's ready, for -blam!-'s sake. I was having no errors up until this expansion dropped, which means somebody over there broke some shit. I feel like at this point developers (or well, just Bungie...) needs a program where after they buy a game outright, E[b]VERY TIME WE GET ON TO PLAY IT AND CANNOT ACCESS CONTENT FOR REASONS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL WE ARE REFUNDED A PORTION OF THE SALE PRICE.[/b]
I didn't buy a -blam!-ing zoo. Your stable of errors is absurd. Take back your shitty collection of animal codes, and give me a -blam!-ing game I can -blam!-ing play.
Tried to recommend this game to someone the other day, and wound up awkwardly saying "Well, it kinda works. Sometimes."
And they were like "Well what do you do when you can't get online to play? Do you play offline?"
And I was like "Well no, we just kinda wait to see if Bungie can/will fix it."
And they were like "So until then, you actually can't play what you paid for."
And then I cried.
I cried big salty man tears. DO YOU KNOW HOW UNCOMFORTABLE THAT MAKES PEOPLE?

2 通の返信I found a work around for the never ending error codes. between the hours of 2pm-10pm I keep getting "contacting destiny servers" followed by some error code. its almost impossible to play the game. the secret is to play during school hours. apparently bungie can sell a million copies of a game to kids but doesn't bother to make sure their servers can handle all those kids playing at the same time. I managed to get online Monday around 10 am and not one single error code. i ended up grinding until the kids got out of school. then that damn zoo kept demanding i turn off my ps4 and reset my modem every 5 minutes.

I feel your pain dude. Its happened so -blam!-ing much i memorized the times it drops so i dont do anything important then drop out iys horse shit and there is littetaly NO point to the game being online at all times except for them to track farmers and add content and make it nearly imposable for data miners to see the shit they lock away

That's after getting beetle a couple of times earlier this morning. Frustrating, to say the least, and I'll try again later this evening to see if the servers are better to my LM's completed.

1 返信My isp/network works with EVERY other multiplayer game including destiny until the latest patch. Now all I get us the beaver error code when I try to go to the reef or tower. Frown.

3 通の返信So I hardwired the PS4, double checked my port forwarding, and ... the zoo is still running rampant, this only started after that big patch ... and today it has reached an all time high. all we're asking for is a real update, and a more transparent resolution status other than "Issues impacting some players' ability to play Destiny on PlayStation 4 are resolved. Thank you for your patience." because its sure as hell ain't resolved ...not by a long run.

Holy Shaxx, Your post gave me a wicked giggle fit. Sorry about your troubles. If it makes you feel any better, I only had problems the first day it came out, and that was the only day. Kept getting Baboon error code and kept disconnecting but it was manageable. Worked fine ever since. I noticed many ps4 players making the same complaints you are. Haven't had a problem with my Xbox360 >.> just saying.

1 返信Have exactly the same problem every day! And when yoy try to contact Bungie, you get nothing, except them releasing a new dlc asking you to give them more of your cash!

1 返信My destiny been bugged since Start of new year, always takes 2 tries to sign in character always get error on 1st, plus when I'm in a fireteam and leave it I get booted to main menu and have to sign in twice again, I have wired net 60mb + so it's not me

I'm not saying Bungie is blameless... clearly their netcode is doing something that some setups don't like. Some people have had luck replacing their router; the ones the ISPs tend to give out are like the cheap free flip-phones cellphone companies used to give free with purchase. The cheapest ones they could find. [b]ISPs also lie.[/b] I had Comcast give me the run around ages ago about (my work-related issue) was not their problem -- no problems on their network, must be me. Had a tech come by but didn't prove it was on our end, which was funny since it was a bunch of people on my street having the same issue. Turned out months later they admitted the problem that it was a problem in a datacenter they were using. So I don't trust ISPs anymore when they say "it's not our problem" Some people that have complained have admitted later they were using satellite and/or cellphone... two internet connections that are hardly ideal for online gaming. etc.
