I sent out a nastygram weeks back about ridiculous tank-mobs and Nintendo Hard nonsense in PoE 35. So it's worth the effort to tell you the opposite, now that it's approriate: Year Two is a marked improvement so far.
Questification has drastically improved story mode and patrols. "Go kill robots, bring me back the juice boxes so I can start a rave in the Tower club" just feels better than five seconds of radio chatter and a list, based on having context alone.
Oryx getting a proper boss fight in story mode, complete with taunts and tactic shifts: double kudos. Black Garden was okay level design, but in Year One I had no idea who the Immanent Bollocks Robots were, other than King Vex (which they weren't even, if you consider Atheon).
Games are expensive and hard, but you guys clearly give a damn, and I appreciate that. I look forward to complaining or applauding the rest as mood strikes me.
