I don't really play AAA games that often so it's not as much of a problem right now, but eventually I'd like to replace my consoles with a PC (except for exclusives) so I assume when the time comes I'll just build one.

I have a build on hand that's $550 base price and $520 after shipping and mail in rebates. It's a workstation/media player/gaming machine all in one. It runs Battlefield 4 on high settings at 70fps in 1080p.
