Lmaooooo. I live in Florida, where it is still illegal. If you get caught with weed you're getting a ticket. If for some reason the cop wants to be a dick and arrest you, its 100$ bond or you can spend a night or two in jail and the magistrate will usually just sentance time served. (Been locked up before for shenanigans in 2011\2012 and I've seen this personally.) Department of children & families dooesnt really give a shit about that anymore. Only if being a pothead leads to neglect of the child, or if tested the child has thc metabolites in their blood. There are more important things for dcf to worry about, like drunk fathers beating their families or methed up cracked out mothers leaving their toddlers home alone. Because its medically legal in like 23 or 28 states and carte blanche legalized in 2 others, its not a big deal. The courts literally do not give a damn unless you're selling it, or you get in trouble for other stuff and happen to have weed on you. Other than that, I think you may be the only person here who cares. Pot dealer steal your girlfriend a long time ago or something?
