FIST OF PANIC NEEDS TO GO.
Nerf the unbelievable health boost titans get when activating this thing. You've already had to buff the GG's damage to efficiently kill titans mid fist but arc blade is even worse! You can hit a titan with the blade and if he activates his super after getting hit HE LIVES? I DIE? WTF BUNGIE. and fix it so people can't jump or blink out the hit when they actually get hit!

No, its fine. Its a single use instant super. If the Titan wants to use a perk/exotic slot for it and waste his super with a panic, that's a detriment to him. Yes, its annoying. But we have GG, which will melt anyone from across the map.
