Honest question what's left for those who didn't buy ttk? I really hope bungie answers this question locked out of nightfalls capped at 34 is there actually a reason to play anymore ? #deej #lukesmith #bungie
Edit: I see a lot of people were with mixed answers a lot of people don't mind paying for dlc and I respect that and there are those who feel burned from the last two dlc personally I don't feel anyone should be left behind and the lockouts are ridiculous since we bought it with the base game at least with prior dlc the lockout was bi weekly
Edit 2: I'm not sure if people didn't get the memo but weekly's and nightfalls are for level 40 without ttk were capped at 34 now if they had any intention on letting the iron banner get us to 40 I'm not to sure if they would have said capped at 34 but that's just my opinion
Edit 3 : I appreciate all the feedback I find it a little funny though how some people still attempt to defend bungies actions there blatantly spitting in year one fans faces from the legendary edition to the $20 emotes (I had to laughter at those who feel there worth thay much) to the nightfalls and we can't forget all the major nerfs to some what force the need for ttk again just my opinion but again thanx for the feedback all
Edit 4 : when I really thought about it and made this post I didn't think I'd have so much feedback thanks and let's hope bungie picks this up lmfao wait all they will probably say is hey it's a "like buying a whole new game "

49 通の返信A lot of people here are trying to argue that Bungie haven't cut Year 1 players off from accessing Year 1 content, and that it's all part of the MMO-style progression of the game. No MMO I've ever heard of takes the heroic dungeon instances from the previous expansion, bumps the level requirements up so that players can't play them anymore unless they buy the next expansion, and then tries to call it new content. But that is exactly what's being done with Destiny. No MMO I've ever heard of accompanies the release of the next expansion with a draconian reduction in the stats of endgame gear from the previous expansion, so that players who don't buy in will struggle even just continuing to play the old content. But that is exactly what is being done with Destiny. You can argue that these changes are necessary to advance the game, and maybe they are, but that doesn't change the fact that they do mean that players who don't purchase the next expansion are deprived of content to which they previously had access. I think some of the people here would still be arguing that Year 1 players still had access to everything thing they paid for, even if all they were allowed to do now was patrol. After all, they didn't pay to access the new quest system!

152 通の返信That's their big "Master Plan" to make people who don't buy not want to play anymore, apparently. They have this whole "buy it or leave" mentality. $100 spent on basically a 1 year experience that didn't even amount to a month's worth of playtime. Just terrible. And all the kiddies will just keep spending money on it cause their friends play and the whole peer pressure nonsense and trying to "fit in" with everyone else. Why else do people think they keep pushing players to join clans instead of giving us Optional Matchmaking? They figure if they can get you to make friends that it will ensure keeping you with the franchise. Cause at that point its not about wanting to keep playing the game, but rather people wanting to keep their friends and they're either incapable or too stubborn to all go out and get a different game for them all to play on together.

1 返信Nothing at all, their $100 was wasted as was mine. I won't be buying TTK, Bungievision got their last cent from me. Since they have only Reinforced their Facist development plan, There will be ALOT whose Nerfstiny career has come to an end. There are plenty of Much Better games on the horizon.

Wow nope their destiny journey ends today. W/o ttk you can't buy guns. Can't earn marks, can't get past level 34. No there nothing for them. Those people should sell the game and do something different because there isn't anything left at all.

I don't want to buy TTK, but if I don't there is NOTHING left to do. Even stats that are relevant for crucible (intellect, discipline en strength) are severely downgraded since 2.0. For my crucible outfit, I had a discipline level of 110 or 120%. Since 2.0 it has become less than 50%. All the new exotics are a lot better, but you have to be level 40 to buy it. Seriously, this is the most extreme form of planned obsolescence I've ever seen in a game. Bungie is basically saying:
"If you don't buy the taken king, you are in such a disadvantage on everthing, you might as well not play."
:-(

Diamond D Niceにより編集済み: 9/15/2015 11:17:23 AMmy first look. Nothing at all. They took away the heroic. It's a taken king only playlist now, all but three crucible playlists which now you can't just play control like you could before. interesting. Yeah they seem intent on pushing the vanilla destiny players to quit. Not really sure why but it's their game. Edit: and one of the crucible quest things is do x while playing control. But now you have to play a afloat that wouldn't be control most games. I bet people will be ducking in and out of matches hair to get a control match. Yeah there is literally nothing. From what I can see you can't buy anything because there is no way go get legendary marks lol. Yeah they don't want you playing. Where as you still got tdb power guns out of crucible on the old playlist. So far I don't see any ttk level blues dropping in the old playlist. So yeah that's a trip. Honesty I wouldn't worry much. Cod and battlefront will be out soon if you like shooters

3 通の返信I think that the problem is that you're thinking as TTK as a DLC (Which Yes Obviously it is) when it is more like a sequel. You can't expect to freeload on the content Destiny provides for you because you don't purchase TTK.

4 通の返信turn1racelogicにより編集済み: 9/15/2015 3:28:50 AM60.00 for the base game + 40.00dlc for year 1, and then year 2 $40.00 + 2 more dlc or so! So if there is really a 10 yrs plan for destiny, then prepare to pay around 1k for it, which is not too bad! But make sure you are ready for pay every 4 months or so! And understand this is their plan and accept it. I am not buying ttk at the moment and it could be the end of Destiny for me.

With all that happened and is happening around TTK bungie, activision; I see that businesses/licensing laws need to change asap. To all you people fighting with bungie, each other, activision: Take that fight to Washington, law makers etc.. Its time to get off the forums now, its getting old and not working.

ValiantBluにより編集済み: 9/15/2015 5:53:53 AMThis doesn't really affect me since I want to keep playing and bought TTK However, Destiny is a quasi-mmo whatever that means Meaning you pay a fee to access new content on a regular basis That said, I feel some changes are necessary to keep players from becoming overpowered, if current gear retained the same stats, it would have one of two outcomes 1) new level 40 gear would be no better than old level 20 gear or 2) new level 40 gear would be too good. Another answer could have been increase content difficulty, which it looks like the Taken may actually be an interesting enemy type with real challenge beyond "empty your mag into one enemy to kill them" Point being, nerfing gear was definitely a reasonable option, just not the best option for players. Locking players out of content they paid for however is definitely a new one. There could easily have been two Nightfalls, a level 40 and a level 30, where the level 30 nightfall only drops year one items with year one cap. I'm also really confused why missions no longer have a hard mode except for 250 light. The other side to this coin though is, I don't know anyone who wants to continue playing Destiny without TTK That is, who would want to play vanilla Destiny? I know I've put a lot of time in, but I'm just trying to imagine anyone who would willingly play pve, the same bland story less missions and strikes or pvp while running around with your Titan smash on old maps getting solar hammered and no time to explained at every turn, not to mention the fact your intellect, discipline, and agility are about half what your opponents have That really doesn't sound like the game I want to play. It's wrong to lock players out of content they already bought, I won't defend that but it seems to me if you aren't interested in buying TTK, I'm surprised you're even still playing.

3 通の返信ARMY_boy_PRにより編集済み: 9/14/2015 6:40:02 PMLol, is funny how the same people that wanted more from the game dont want to pay for it. I enjoyed year one but is time to move on. New content an actual story and new weapons. Why would anyone that has being here from the begining would keep playing year one content? It makes no sense.

Sunshine. Family. Life. I've decided to pass on it all. I've been off a few weeks, and based on what I'm reading, this game has jumped the shark. It started off as a PvE game with PvP elements, now it's become a PvP game with PvE elements. Not saying that's good or bad, saying it's not for me.

Honestly, there is -blam!-ing nothing. Literally no point in playing Destiny after TTK launches. The raids maybe, but everybody's already played that raid hundreds of -blam!-ing times and I can imagine they wouldn't want to do it again, mainly because the weapons and armor that drops is going to be completely useless when TTK drops.
