Field scout doesn't increase magazine capacity? At least make it so that Dreg's Promise isn't affected by this nerf. The only perk anyone used was field scout, and to make it do nothing was a stupid thing to do. Please Bungie. Buff it now. And buff it more than fixing field scout.
