In my opinion, yes it does. I've used it, and to see the best melee a titan has become not so good is bad. Warlock should NOT be a tank. BUT... I propose an idea. Why not replace the increased armour, with the "focus on armour" on the warlock skill tree. If trying to activate both, only one will count
