I've been trying for the past 2 days to play destiny at my hotel, but everything I try doesn't work. A few minutes after I have chosen my character and sitting at a black loading screen a notification will finally pop up saying “You have lost connection to the Destiny servers. You permissions may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. For more information, visit help.bungie.net.” Now I know is not the connection speed of the hotels wi-fi because it's the exact same as my personal hotspot which allows me to play but costs a lot of money and has a restricted nat type. I am just trying to figure out why I am getting this error message and some suggestions on how to fix it. EDIT: The nat type is type 2 which is moderate because of wi-fi. I just jumbled my words in my original statement. The nat is only restricted for the hotspot on my cell phone.
