I use all 3 characters. Blink when used correctly is very annoying and powerful. You can dodge anything (rockets, supers, grenades, etc) you can use shotguns VERY effectively. And you can confuse the shit out of people. So i agree it needs a nerf. But nothing too crazy. Id say make it so blink had a cooldown after each jump. Instead of after 2 jumps. This way it doesnt change the mechanics but it makes it so one cant constantly be blinking
