I'm reforging the scout rifle high road soldier to be the full auto monster it can be. Got full auto, explosive rounds & crowd control which is close but would prefer firefly to cc What I'm asking is if it's worth keeping and if kills caused by the explosive rounds aoe will trigger the bonus damage from cc?
