Not sure how old this topic is but thought I would weigh in since I just rolled the following on my Red Hand:
SteadyHand IS
SureShot IS
QuickDraw IS
Final Round
Armor Piercing Rounds
High Caliber Rounds
Braced Frame
Luck in the Chamber
I literally shat myself when I got it after about 30 rolls. It's on my male titan if you want to check it out. That stability tho! I've never had a HC that stable. Literally almost no recoil at all it's easy mode to get rapid crits. Posting a video later.

Wow, that is pretty much a prefect roll ... and will be even deadlier with the rebalance rebalance drops ... I actually fell in love with the Fulcrum due to the better range and reload speed (but not quite the Red Hand IX aim assist or stability) and got a similar roll on my Titan https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/Gear/1/4611686018436643383/2305843009274037249 Congrats!
