Depends on what you want. I would go with outlaw of feeding frenzy for the first perk. Faster reload after kills or even faster kills after a critical kill. Middle tree: small bore. The hopscotch has weakish range. This will boost that, and the stability. Only slightly reducing the mag size and reload speed. (Which are both suburb on the hopscotch. Braced frame maxes out the stability. Reduces the max size but no boost to range. Now the final perk is up to you. There are two choices here. Reactive reload is brilliant. After a kill and you reload (which should be fast with outlaw or feeding frenzy), you get a 33% damage boost. This means you will do 31 damage to the body so you can kill in 2 bursts to the body. 51 to the head. Which makes it kill faster than thorn. This makes it great for fighting multiple opponents at once. It won't help you in 1v1s though. The other top tier perk is hidden hand. This makes it considerably easier for you to land those ever so important head shots to get the two burst kills. The weapon has the highest base aim assist out of any pulse rifle. This turns it into s headshot machine. Makes the critical hit box on your opponent larger and your aim sticks more. So in my opinion a god tier roll would be: Feeding frenzy/outlaw, smallbore/braced frame, reactive reload/hidden hand. Mine is on my hunter.
