I'm gonna be blunt here but with most games there's those groups of people where a guy runs it and says "only looking for girls" meaning he is essentially trying to hook up or I don't know something else. But with the dames they are a big thing because the dames are only girls 100% girls no guys because the minite a girl joins another group and says she's a girl she's constantly being bugged by other people. being in the dames stops this it allows girls and women to enjoy gaming with out constantly being hit on. You can hate comment me all you'd like but you gotta admit I'm somewhat right.

Same for me, I have an all Euo, Brit and Irish group..there needs to be certain clans for ceratain ppl otherwise what's so special about a clan if it doesn't have anything uniwue about it?

The better question is why there is a need for girls to create an all girl group to feel safe from sexism or an all black/Hispanic/minority group to create their own to be free from racism. For right now it is the best way until there is a better solution or when men finally get it and stop harassing them or being sexist and start respecting women, but until then that is how they are going to avoid more of the inevitable sexism.

To many reasons to explain why the dames and any segregated clan is just stupid. But just think about it like this what if someone says they are going to make a 21 plus white male only clan and they have to join the kkk to be in the clan. Yep.....

At the end of the day there's nothing you can do about it so let it go. But if you just want to talk about it just to have something to talk about then go ahead.

It's an odd subject.I see nothing wrong with all female clans,I kinda just look past the gender aspect and think that maybe they just want like minded people they can chat freely with.Yes you can argue that this increases the divide,but until I've gamed as a female I can't really pass judgement on how some of them are treated by what is mostly a male dominated environment.

The dames can all go run into a burning building, no real loss there. The issue is Bungle promoting segregation and a group that is ALL about exclusivity. It's the same as Bungle having a group on called "The Confederate Warriors" that only allowed white members. Why is it okay for Bungle to promote one exclusive group when they wouldn't another? Defend it by saying... It's not the same. Those chicks don't want to be harassed blah, blah. What if the "warriors" didn't want to play with anyone outside their "group". Both situations the clan CHOOSES deny people based on factors outside of their control. Based on that choice it's equally wrong, or equally right for both. I don't care either way. Both groups are entitled to their opinions and entitled to play and group with people of their choosing. I care that Bungle says it's alright to discriminate and it promotes those ideals. Just to throw it out there... Would the United States have ever had an African American President had people of color chosen to crawl into a cave and separate themselves from the parts of society that harassed them? Nope. However, all of the white Knights are saying these chicks should do it to avoid harassment. Seems to me that's counterproductive.

I don't care about a clan full of girls, probably all of them sucks or they don't even play.

Oh my god. Why do people care so much? They want an all girls group fine, they have the right to. Just let them play the game how they want to. Same goes for the dads of destiny. I for one think it's neat that these groups made something for people with a common interest/gender. Just becauss somebody made a group with requirements you can't fufill, doesn't make it sexist. Besides it's only a [b]game[/b], don't take it to heart.

Ok I hate when ever men are called sexist and when ever women are being harassed by sexist. Sadly that's how the world is but segregation is not the solution for such problem. If females want to be treated equally then don't separate your self from men or else your clearly supporting that they are more dominant and you don't want to show that. They just provide a place where they can find a group to play with away from children who don't know any better or are just asses. They are at liberty to choose who they play the game with, whether in or out of the clan (to my knowledge, seeing as I'm not a dame). Now if they were just being a bunch of assholes saying guys suck and are not worth playing the game with and don't belong, that'd be different. I don't think that is the case here.

I think women are more vicious to each other than men could ever be. I was playing eso yesterday and one gal was calling another an attention whore and what not and the one being called an attention whore was in stealth behind something in town listening in on what the other was saying. The one, now pissed off for being call an attention whore, started calling the first a slut and told her to go kill herself. Two females doing this to eachother, no male stepped in. Later a guy friend came and was acting tough and the like. Situations like this are why male gamers get the idea that chicks are drama queen in games. I feel that the reality is even though females are harassed by males in games, they harass eachother more and are more vicious to each other, just like I feel men do the same. Most times that there has been a female in game when I'm playing an online game no one makes cat calls or any of that. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, however I do feel it is over exaggerated. As for a female only clan, I'm indifferent. They could let males in and just not play with them if they choose, have it be up to each individual, and they could easily moderate it. Kick the trolls at the first sign. But then again it's not my clan and therefore not my say.

Let them be their thing. I'm more for co-ed clans because I find myself not liking being around girls ALL THE TIME while guys sometimes provide a break from drama and overreaction. But again, that's their business and if they want to be segregated then so be it.
