I don't play pvp much, but I really liked where pulse rifles were in both pvp and pve. I won't turn down bigger mag sizes but they really don't need much change. I'd be willing to try the defense values dictating TTK in pvp but would assume it would become frustrating.

  • You have to play to the pulse rifle's strengths in PvP. This is not a charge into a zone and kill everyone weapon. It is a maintain cover and pick out your target from a medium range weapon. Let the hand cannon & shotgun users try to close the gap by sprinting at you. That will give you the time needed to get off the 2-3 bursts needed for a kill. Execute your escape behind cover if you shot 3-4 bursts and did not get a kill. No sense in pushing a loosing engagement and giving the other team a kill. Regenerate your health and try flanking or move to another zone. It's not like there is a shortage of people to kill in the matches. You will always find some one....
