I agree. I just now got into a really nice groove with Red Death. Before the last changes I absolutely hated using it. When they buffed up Pulse Rifles it made it worth using. Their comments state that it still should take 2 to 3 precision bursts to kill someone in PVP. I hope that is true. It takes 2 now with Red Death. I hope it doesnt change.

Hmm. PR was amazing before buff also :) RD was low RoF pulse - 2 bursts to kill, Super Pox VLO (imho best vanilla legendary pulse rifle) same - 2 burts and bb:). Now RD is a medium RoF , so new 2.0 weapon balance patch gonna destroy this weapon entirely... (you will need 3 bursts to kill and stability will be lowered).
