Imo its not op just because its a very situational weapon so it shouldnt be nerfed but if it HAS to be then heres my ideas(note: not saying all of these should be applied but i think they are much better nerfs and would still leave it as a useful gun) Landing 3 precision shots refills the mag normally but it takes 1-2 shots from reserve(maybe random, maybe always 1, maybe always 2) Lower rof Lower stability(just make perfect balance less effective, do not replace it) Only a chance to stun(like 20ish% chance to stun so it cant be used to stun lock forever)* Less time for you to land the three shots Lower impact(armory says it has 37 and ice breaker has 31 so maybe like 34 with the same rof?) *Because this is destiny I feel the need to clarify that Im NOT saying make it so bosses cant be stunned Im saying that it should ONLY apply to BH or not be done at all(because so far they have a history of nerfing entire weapon classes because of like 1 somewhat op weapon i mean i do kinda understand why its just annoying) Kinda related: I dont think IB should be nerfed either. Ive barely used it since I stopped doing vog weekly but again if it HAS to be nerfed make it 8 seconds per bullet when its not out and 5 seconds when it is out or maybe can only go up to 5 bullets/cant be used to generate ammo and then switch weapons
