It already does not do as much damage as it should. The chance to miss precision shots is based on enemy not the gun. Aim assist is the factor in this to help a guardian get precision hits. Rate of fire is just fine and if you hesitate a hair to long between shots the perk fails anyway. The gun is honestly just fine as it is. They have no real data to support this change and truly goes against their play how you want idea. Not that they really let us play how we wanted to begin with. Now they are talking about making encounters harder for challenge. This means bullet sponge time unless this weapon balance helps the weapons as a whole.
