If i can save him from crying havoc or using space magic or way of the gun then definitely its a good trade in Control or Iron Banner even Clash i think it's good trade, kill me but save 2-3 of my team members.

But if its just for the lolz, I get it, but a bit of salt will follow that fist of panic or nova bomb.

FoH is like a Nova Bomb that's more suicidal. And less effective. So naturally it gets reserved in order to counter supers, preserve kill streaks or as a panic move, normally which all only involve one aggressor. Nova Bomb really shouldn't be used on a single target unless to counter super. It's kind of too slow to preserve streaks and is actually effective at multi kills, so a single kill is a waste here. Defender can't kill, but you can be a distraction, entice people into the Bubble of Death and kill that way or be a source of orbs and/or buffs. No real relation to the topic here though. Sunsinger is complex. It [i]can[/i] be used on a single person but that's if you run the Self Res perk and decide to revenge them or get them back after their super. Or you can run Radiant Skin and play kind of normally, only you make orbs on kills and are tanky. It can work, but it depends. Golden Gun and Bladedancer are definitely wastes on a single target. IF, that single target is the [i]only[/i] target. Activating Golden Gun or BD to take out an approaching BD, Sunsinger or Defender on their lonesome counts as countering a super. But since these supers are designed to kill, not achieving more kills is a waste of their potential as its a lot easier than with other supers. Quick summary - you can activate in response to a lone target, but must continue on and get more kills to not consider it a waste.

All i can think of when i get suppered is why me?

I play voidlock in crucible and always try to save my bombs for heavy ammo so I can take the whole team, other times I will use it include: Titan bubble I hate those things, blade dancer I hate them things too, if I see whole team on a point then it's getting used. Most of the time it is pretty pointless using your super on a single target. But I do feel that there are times when hitting a single target was the best thing you could do for instance trading your super to stop a blade dancer tearing through your team and as I said before destroying a Titan bubble so he can't control a point. I don't think it's the most efficient use of your super to hit one target but sometimes it's a fairly effective use of it, especially if you are trading for opposition super. It sounds to me like you think kills is the be all and end all, but using supers tactically against single targets may not reap instant rewards but your team may still benefit in the long run.

Its said if you want the move to be more effective, try hitting your opponent as soon as their about to touch the ground. I've tried this and it works, but i guess that was well known by now.

It depends. I've held on to my super long enough to get a new one using that logic, but in most of those cases I didn't really need it anyway. I've also used it to kill one enemy to preserve a killstreak or to hold a capture point. Like a wise man once said "It's your (super), use it when you need it!"

Yes it's annoying but rather that then my whole team.

I use them as I get them doesn't matter to me. Even in a game where I'm dying more than killing I get 2-3 supers np.

I just assumed they either panicked, thought more enemies were around the corner, etc.
