Heylo fellow guardians!!! I'll try my best to explain my issue in hopes of a solution and some understanding... To start off, I want to say that I will be pre-ordering the Taken King. I currently have an Xbox 360 but will be making the transition to an Xbox One before next year. Because I have already purchased Destiny and Expansions 1&2 It would only be right for me to buy the Xbox 360 Digital download version of the Taken King, getting the vip sparrow, shader, and emblem (which I do want very much). BUT... Looking at the Collector's edition which is only available for Next Gen, I would get "CAYDE-6'S INTEL CACHE" with the 3 emotes, shaders and class items (which I also want as well). The collector's edition would prepare me for the Xbox One I'm getting but it would be a waste to get if all of my Xbox 360 Destiny stuff (game and expansions) transfers over to my XBONE leaving me with extra dlcs (and maybe another destiny game because i have the disc version of destiny for X360 downloaded which i'm not sure if it will work with XBONE). The Digital Collector's edition gives me all of the digital exclusive stuff without the physical stuff and is available on the Xbox 360. If I purchase this for my Xbox 360 I would get an extra game (not sure if it would transfer to Xbone or be a waste) and extra dlcs that I wouldn't exactly need. Hopefully you're still following me lol... But most of my confusion is around how transitioning between Xbox 360 and Xbox One works. I dont want to lose anything, repurchase destiny (unless i really have to because xbox 360 disc isnt compatible with xbox one), repurchase the dlcs (because i have the xbox 360 versions) and or anything else that may happen due to moving to next gen while attempting to get as much as I possibly can out of this amazing game. ~Sketch
