I came at Christmas, and didn't raid until about three weeks ago as a 34. When Vault and Crota first came out, how difficult would you rate on a scale of 1-10, 1 being getting the Khvostov, and 10 being not quitting Destiny after getting No Land Beyond, shards, and coins from every nightfall for 3 months.

And half the runs I have had lately none of these "pro" 34s know how to..... do conflux, they have to cheese oracles, I have to run relic for them so they can shoot from their perch up high. I have to lead the group through gorgons I have to wait like 15 minutes at the jump maze. I have to solo 1 if not both portals at gatekeeper. If I'm not inside a portal during Atheon it's a guaranteed wipe. It's amazing how many 34s don't have a -blam!-ing clue how VOG, the single most amazing part of this game even works. Tldr: I don't mind helping the inexperienced but admit you haven't done it. Don't select the hard raid and expect to "figure it out" Edit: glad to see I'm not alone. Good luck with your raid groups guardians. Beware the 34s.

My first completion was with my buddies from church and it took us two different nights and like 13 hours all told and even then it was an epic finish. Everyone inside the portal was dead but the guys outside took down his last sliver of health just as it wiped us and we got our loot. It was epic and very difficult. But we kept doing it and now when we get together and do it we could probably do it with our eyes closed. It's still the most fun you'll have in Destiny IMO.

Right when VoG came out the time on average you would need to go in and do it was usually around 4hours or more on normal mode. Personally my first run took 7 hours (we had to do it in two halves) Was 3x lvl 28s, 2x 27, and a 24. That was rough.

3 通の返信Running it fresh was hard as hell. "Wtf is an oracle" "wtf is this fanatic thing...OHH SWEET JESUS" "what's this shield thing" "Why do I have to go in these portals"....it was rough lol

It was intense shit. If you finished a raid (legit), you were pro status. I remember seeing a level 30 for the first time and seriously couldn't believe what I was seeing. The first time I ever did VoG it was a mess, super hard, I died somewhere around 116 times and it took 9 hours to finish it. When I finally made it to level 30 and went to the Tower I consistently got party invites by the dozens.

1 返信It was hard bro. Not a whole lot of people raided back in the start of destiny. If you had the raid shit you were a god. And if you were level thirty people wanted to suck your dick no lie

I had a solid group of friends. First few times were 7 or 8, but once we got it down, probably a 4-5. Now with randoms it can be anywhere from a 2 (Amazing groups) to a 15 (Yes, the scale only goes to 10, but some groups can be THAT bad.)

1 返信Vog or Crota are surprisingly easy with a goods group to incredibly frustrating with a bad group. Last week I tried running Vog just for fun and got picked up by a group of squeaky little kids. They said they knew what they were doing but from my vantage point all they knew was every dumb way to get killed. I wasted about 45mins trying to couch them through the Templar before I just gave up. Came back the next day with some friends. In fact two that have never played Vog before and it might have only taken an hour an a half to clear the raid.
