Gjallarhorns
So I found myself in a spot where you must own a Gjallarhorn in order to defeat skolas. I can't believe that after playing 433 hours I have not yet received my first Gjallarhorn... It's quite annoying when apparently that is the only weapon you need In order to defeat Skolas in less than an hour. A couple of my friends lost the interest for the same reason and they ended up selling their games. I'll give this game 1 more week cause is so annoying to play Crota, VoG, PvP, getting treasure keys and no Gjallarhorn whatsoever. While other people have 2,3 or even 4 Gjallarhorns. Anyways, I really appreciate your effort Bungie team. I had a lot of fun playing this game ; however I cannot waste my time anymore trying to defeat Skolas.

The weekly update just said they're fixing skolas in order to make it more do able of you don't have gally when new things come out for Bungie to fix them and just have patience keep calm and let Bungie know your concerns

1 返信Void damage last week. Arc the week before....no gallys used to kill skolas. Mostly snipers to the head.... I'm sure u have a black hammer or ice breaker and hunger of crota. Or hell even super good advice or hell even an against all odds with solar damage. You dont nee gallys. They juat make it easier. Put more effort into it. You'll get it.

2 通の返信I agree, I have 700 hours in it and no gally. About to quit my self. I've gotten to skolas and had to quit 2 times, because no gally.

I'm at 557 hours and no Gjallahorn either. I like its rarity (to some players), because PvP would be broken if everyone had a Gally and heavy ammo dropped. This isn't some typical game where you do a quest and are guaranteed a weapon, and I prefer it to be like this. The rewards are all left in the hands of the almighty RNG, and some folks are just luckier than others. Personally, I prefer Truth and its more aggressive tracking capabilities. Sure, it doesn't cluster bomb, but there are others that do.
