I used my only EL on Crota Boots. It was so my Hunter could better compete in the Iron Banner to get [u]MOAR Etheric Light[/u]! But that wasn't enough so after getting another Etheric Light I used it on some boots for the Warlock to get even [u]MOAR Etheric Light[/u]! At this point the Titian was left out so did a mad dash on Monday to level him up. Oddly I did not upgrade his boots. Crota Boots are a good investment especially if they do not have a Strength mod. The only reason I would choose the Vision of Confluence would be if that weapon is your absolute favorite. Using it for everything possible because that's how you roll. A 365 VoC might even make for a nice Oracle popper.
