[BUNGIE] Elder Cipher Bounty 6/2/2015
Guardians,
We are aware of a number of different issues regarding the Elder Cipher Bounty that can be granted from the Skolas challenge Arena in the Prison of Elders. These include:
- Simultaneously receiving duplicate copies of the Elder Cipher Bounty
- Unable to accept first bounty step/select bounty weapon from Variks
- Bounty not present in inventory
- Mission Notification present for The Reef while waiting for Variks to summon the player to continue
We apologize for any confusion that may have been caused and are actively investigating these issues.
[b]UPDATE 6/15/2015:[/b] With the release of HotFix 1.2.0.3, all issues with the Elder Cipher bounty should be resolved. Please speak with Variks in the Reef to check on status of your Elder Cipher bounty, if you have been unable to interact with the bounty previously. If you have 2 Elder Cipher bounties in your Inventory, please abandon both of them. Variks will offer you a chance to recover 1 bounty if you visit him in the Reef. Please note, you will not receive multiple awards for having 2 Elder Cipher bounties in your inventory.

14 通の返信Has been 4 days now and no summons. There is an exclamation point on the reef but nothing from variks.

4 通の返信Bungie, I think an Exotic Bounty thay involves you waiting is flat out ridiculous. Every other bounty requires fun active events to do, whether it be nightfalls, crucible, or searching around on patrols for random items, but to sit here and wait for god knows how long is just so stupid. Been waiting 4 days on 1 character and just started another. Fearing I might die before old man variks gets a clue

1 返信I also had the double drop last night and am currently at the waiting step. Can anyone confirm that by deleting both ciphers Variks will grant me one in their place?

3 通の返信I'm waiting for Variks to decipher the bounty but there a has been a notification for a reward at the reef. It's been two days... This fixed yet? Or what steps should I take?

7 通の返信I got the elder cipher a few days ago. Im at the waiting part, but its already been 3 days. Ive had a ! Mark on the reef the entire time, and a notification for the outpost, but variks has nothing for me. Anyone else waiting this long?

5 通の返信Waiting 3 days so far. Same exclamation mark on my reef marker, but when I show up....nothing. Are you really sure this has been fixed?

Any update Bungie? 5 days after a single cipher drop, still waiting for Skolas, still seeing the Reef notification, but Variks is still mum... Any update beyond "we fixed this (for a few)" would be awesome. It obviously is still a bust for several of us. Thanks.

HardWayToMakeItにより編集済み: 6/24/2015 7:22:25 PMThere's also another problem, you can't delete the cipher. That's what I've heard I only have the bow and dregs promise. Also same deal with TDB girl, I deleted the urn you get from xur now there's a constant green square... Really annoying.

1 返信I have 1 with my warlock still waiting for him to summon... Seems to of glitched because I have been waiting since last Thursday.. shows an exclamation mark on the reef marker but nothing please sort your bad programming out.

HEY EVERYONE I had the exclamation point over the reef for 3 days after the fix without being able to do the next part of the bounty. Logged in today and variks allowed me to do the next step. So I guess it is fixed , but for some reason the exclamation point is still there.
