It's happened once or twice before but only this morning did i think to capture video. I had thrown them on after a Nightfall to turn in a few bounties and as the video shows, they popped up as if they had an upgrade available but upon inspection had no perks ready for upgrade. I know it happened one time after the daily Crucible match (the one you get XP for doing), and i'm wanting to say it also happened once while i was on patrol or turning in other bounties. i know it doesn't interfere with the overall upgrade progress, i already have a pair maxed. just not sure what's going on, wish they wouldn't tease me like this lol :3
