It's CROTA all over again!!!
I'm a day 1 player, 3 characters Titan lvl 33 1/2 and 2 lvl 32 1/2. NO GHORN. Spent the first few weeks of 1st expansion getting kicked from CROTA hard cos didn't have ghorn! Now that the lvl 34 vex boss is in POE its the same dam thing. To all you pussys that have to rely on a over powered rocket launcher to get u through a raid. FK OFF! To all those that use ghorn and play the game the way it should be...fair play. And yes I really want it but only so I can actually play the game.

17 通の返信Gjallarhorn isnt as good people say it is (i have one before anyone tries it) and some people that do have it claim they "earned it", when we all know that a good RnG drop doesnt mean you earned it. But back on topic, Gjallarhorn may be a considerably powerful weapon, but i would take Suros Regime over it any day.

I'm actually finding that if the boss has enough health that the unloading of gjally's doesn't end it immediately, you're better off with a stable heavy machine gun as it will melt away even more of their health in the end

Stop with this g-horn complaining ok? It's nothing special, just a launcher that is stronger than others; THATS IT. If anything, you are fine with a hungar of Crota that is legendary leaving you open to another exotic and to top it off, you don't need this gun to have fun. Play the game with your friends who don't care weather or not you have a Gally. Is that so hard?

Then be the fire team leader and kick the scrubs that complain about not having gjallerhorn... Is that really hard!???? Honestly having a 365 shotty with high impact and full auto is more important than gjallerhorn

5 通の返信J1bberにより編集済み: 5/28/2015 9:46:25 PMI don't think any part of the 34 really needed the ghorn. We all had them yes, but really there was no coordinated "overkill" strategy we did... We just settled into a routine in killing the adds and then when everything was controlled we would take shots at the boss... we did this for each boss fight... none lasted too long (the whole 34 only took 45-1hr for each run). I think the key is that everyone know his/her role and responsibility. That makes the fight smaller and easier to contain.

1 返信Try not to take this the wrong way but if you were to just host your own games you wouldn't have to worry about being kicked for not having RNG give you a gally. Not the best solution but it is an option.

I have a much bigger problem: How the fck can I get a group of people that are good enough to defeat Qodron the regular way? I had 2 runs at PoE 34 this week. The first run we got to Qodron and our 33 warlock kept dying as soon as we entered the round. So after half an hour of trying I said fck it. The second run today we got to Qodron and actually tried. We had 2 designated people to take the eye and bursts bubbles and I was dropping Qodron with a Black Hammer. We spent a freaking hour on it. Once we even got him to like 5 percent health when he wiped us with another round of bubbles. That fight is utterly disgusting with yellow hobgoblins flanking you all the time and you can´t concentrate on Qodron for a few seconds because you always get bubbled or flanked. It´s simply disgusting to play. I like challenge. Vault of Glass fights were great. This....I have no words for that boss. So let me tell you this: Instead of being mad at the community, be mad at bungie for creating ridiculous bosses that people don´t want to beat the normal way and feel the urge to cheese it.

Look let's be honest. The bosses are difficult and challenging. The first time it's fun. But after just redoing PoE over and over to get more loot, it gets tedious. So it's much quicker to use ghorn. Plus if bungie didn't intend for it to play like that then they wouldn't have put it there. There's a reason Xur hasn't sold the ghorn again, or as to why it's drop rate is so low. I for one hope Xur sells it just cuz then I'd know I wouldn't have to be exclusive as to who I bring because now everyone will have it.
