Ok, so I had issues and comments about my Destiny game on xbox one for more than 2 months, and in this 2 months, no matter where or how long I look, I cannot find a way to contact bungie support by mail/e-mail/phone, it is inexistant, is it normal for a company like this to hide so well their customer service? Is it that they don't give a damn about us? In this 2 month I found 2 e-mails that was not support for the game, tried e-mailing them so that maybe they would redirect me to the good place.... not a freaking answer, look into forum for same question, found it, but the bungie guy respond : " PM ME I WILL SEND YOU THE DETAILS"
.......So what, not everyone is allowed to contact bungie support for random reasons? We all need to write a forum post explaining our problem and wait to see if a moderator find it important enough to contact bungie? I paid 100$ for this freaking game so I better get support or at least be able to contact you guys, it should not be complicated to reach you... If someone have this info, no I won't PM you, why don't you put the number/e-mail visible so that anyone who bought the game and have comments/issues can do so like a normal company should? That would help a lot,thx
The best way to get support is making a thread on the #Help forum. Other members, Community Mentors and Bungie DPS (Destiny Support Team) can look into issues that folks are having.
◉ Be descriptive, but clearcut and concise to what the issue is.
◉ List what troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
◉ Check help.bungie.net to see if the issue is already known or been advised steps to take when encountering it.
◉ Be sure to include and video and/or pictures to help support your issue.
Help.bungie.net pages are constantly being updated as Bungie gathers, tests and distributes new information. They also have a twitter handle @BungieHelp to get more information out on the fly for updates.
