I witnessed proof today that owning the Gjallarhorn does not make or break a Guardian. (And forgot to push the button to record it.) During the Omnigul strike, the player with me fired his or her G-horn without making sure they were clear of the obstacles in the room. The round promptly detonated on the nearby wall, resulting in a "Guardian Down". I was almost laughing too hard to go revive him. Is it a nice rocket launcher? Sure it is. Is it a magic bullet for all of your problems? In my opinion, no. No, it is not. I'm just as happy without one. Looking for anyone else with good stories about a G-horn moment....
