Same here, my internet is not stellar but it more then excedes the requirements for Destiny, my friend at work who is a network engineer has even checked my home network for me. Hit detection since the patch has been awful, I am finding more people on red bars as well, people are warping around a lot to. tbh it's making me play Destiny less and less at the moment.
