So wait, we waited months for slightly more vault space?!
We waited months over months for only 16 more weapons, 4 more armor, and 6 more items (not 100% on the items one but in that area).
Seriously Bungie? This is what we get for waiting so long? A smack in the face!
What do you guys think? Is that enough vault space for you? Or not. Personally I think they could've been much more generous on the space. I mean seriously.

People seem to be misunderstanding why im frustrated, I wouldn't mind this amount of vault space if they incorporated it into the game quickly. But they took [b]months[/b] to add a few more slots. It's just upsetting that Bungie can't do anymore than that over that amount of time.

Ugh! HOW DARE THEY RAISE THE WEAPON CAP BY 80%! Seriously, I even hoard Uncommon weapons I find that remind me of weapons I had during beta (especially the Jigoku SR3-SL and Mos Ganon III, Darius-C, and Suros MKB-51 shotty) but I had more than enough space. I used to hold a full array of NM gear and all IB weapons that could be found pre-TDB as well as a notably varied collection of VoG and Vanguard weapons. I still had room. I own/have owned every exotic. At the same point as owning all NM weapons and my beloved Proxima, Comedian, and those IB bits. Ludicrous, do you plan on collecting every Rare weapon obtainable via Crucible & Roc Strikes?!

31 通の返信What I don't get is why they are trying to put more slots on one single screen instead of opting to a cycle option (basically hitting the right or left arrow in the vault loads a new page). Plus they'll have to increase it again when Comet and the other two dlc come out. Does Bungie seriously think 36 weapon slots will sustain players after HoW comes out? Seems like lazy development if you ask me.

1 返信Read the damn details on the update on why they could only add that much space. But you're probably too lazy to read so here you go: Destiny also runs on old gen, and since it can handle a lot of things, so adding 500 more slots would break the memory constraint on old gen consoles.

Pretty sure many of us will fill that extra 16 spots instantly. I know I will. I'm sick of having 10 guns per character + a full vault. Its a pain in the ass even with the app. I was expecting to see a vault big enough to fit all my guns in. Maybe at the very least 50 spaces but I was hoping for 100 or so.

6 通の返信I think you're an ungrateful little shit who doesn't understand what Bungie said in their update. It's hard to add more vault space with old gen consoles involved, if there's any thing you should be bitching about it should be that.

4 通の返信I wish they could have added a vault space accessible wherever you are in the game. It's like having a backpack on the go. And if you want to access your tower vault, then I could think that as the garage.

You cant just be glad that they actually listen? We told them we wanted more. They added more. A lot of game developers don't give a crap once you buy the game. At least they are working on it continually, even if it's not as fast as you think they should.

11 通の返信People need to stop being scrubs and upgrade to the new systems already. You don't see car manufacturers leaving cassette players in cars, or production companies releasing movies on VHS. Get with the times people!!!

4 通の返信They don't want to you to keep every weapon you get. You need to choose what to keep and what to delete. Plus if you have 3 characters you really don't need the armor slots. 16 more weapon slots is plenty enough as well. But people will complain about anything. Give someone 5$ and they'll wonder why you didn't give them 10$.

1 返信Your expectation vs real world possibilities is very skewed. Sure you can put the walls up ans roof on a house, side and paint it in just a few days with a good crew but the finishing work, the plumbing, electrical, etc. Not to mention the architectural, engineering and design planning that had to happen before a stud was purchased. Adding vault space is no different, adding a few boxes to a UI, sure do that in a few weeks, making them functional and bug free on four different console architectures, two of which are extremely limiting is a different task entirely. Not to mention the time it takes to balance this particular modification against the 800 other screaming demands from the community, the cost/benefit analysis, etc. that had to take place before a programmer ever started to modify code.
