If you're the party leader for a crota's end hm raid, and you get all the way to crota in a mixed group of 31-32's, if you were to see one guy who's level 32, hasn't died much, but is using a maxed HoC, would you just boot them on the premises that they're doing a little less damage than they would with a ghorn?
