You could account for the natural inferiority of women and give them more legal rights (which would make them politically unbalanced)
Or you could give them the same legal rights as men, and completely ignore the fact that women have a harder time than men (in nature)
His wording is a little odd. What he's trying to say is that men are naturally larger, stronger, and taller than women, who are generally smaller. Obviously there are exceptions, he isn't saying that women are inferior to men in the sense of equality or rights (think 1800s). Turtler is referring to biology.
Depends on what you mean by discussion. If you mean the original topic about feminists then yes, this has nothing to do with that. But if you're talking about "gender equality being a bit of a paradox" then it is on-topic. All I was trying to do was paraphrase Turtler's words. And you're correct physical strength is irrelevant in modern society, its all about the brain now.
