And it seems to have a hidden perk for staggering targets. Headshots with Mida seem to make almost anything stagger. That being said, I get that the IB scout is designed to be used more as a mini sniper rather than a mid range beast. It's long range and impact make it more useful for sniping whereas the Mida is like a cross between an auto rifle and hand cannon
