Honestly I think the intellect stat is kind of useless, I just did some testing on thrall in CE and I pretty much get my super at the same rate with maxed int vs 0 int.. If you're standing around waiting for your super before Crota then I guess it's good, but as far as any strike/patrol/raid goes, I feel like it's worthless Unless it gives more super energy whenever you kill majors/ultras? Will test and get back to you.
