Raid gear to reach level 30 is funny. Bungie how are we unique if everyone MUST wear the same shit?

Why even do these items? What is the point, if I will have to HAVE RAID GEAR to level UP to 30?
Who invented this crazy idea? There is [b]no point to earn more MARKS[/b] if you can't use their gear because [b]you MUST wear RAID GEAR to level up to 30 level...........[/b]

I like being level 29 and you can do it with one exotic and rest legendary all maxed out with upgrades. Then you can have choose your look. I'm reluctant to do the raid over and over to get to 30 it's too try hard. You can do everything at level 29 anyway.

U [b][i][u]have[/u][/i][/b] to wear that item to get a max level. What comes with that is that everyone will look the same at level 30. This is a thing that a other mmo tryd already and failed horrible. This backfired so hard they got rid of it in a few weeks later. The guy that made the decision with the light "levels" had no clue from mmos. In mmos the main part is that my toon should look a bit different from the same class that stands next to me. But in destiny u will see clones everywhere on 30. I think they realy need to think about that. It's the only thing that I realy [b][i][u]hate[/u][/i][/b] for now in destiny.

13 通の返信Well I have beaten the vault 5 times on normal 2 times on hard and have received all weapons including mythoclast and only gotten 1 raid setpiece (helmet for beating hard)...Im stuck at 29 with no way to get to 30...Funny since I run my buddy through on normal he was a level 26 and he received 2 set pieces..now I'm at 72 shards and no armor to upgrade..Kinda have no reason to play except on tuesdays

I've been stuck at level 24 for 3 weeks now and I'm forced to buy gear in order to progress due to the fact that the RNG system is completely unfair. It's almost as if progression in this game is based more on luck than actual skill and that kind of annoys me. But that's just my opinion on the whole thing. Edit: although I may not be a huge fan of the system, I am glad that it encourages players to spend more time on the game grinding.

New raid gear with the dlc. New way to look 30. Then next year new raid gear, new way to look 30. People are still struggling with this current raid. Bungie allowing enough time to collect the gear before unleashing another one. I'm still trying to get the hand cannon.

2 通の返信In a lot of "MMOs" there's always best in slot gear Meaning for one class there's always that one piece of gear that suits that one class better And im guessing exotics and unique hard mode gear is what enables you to look "different" Even tho its a two gear difference you also factor color ways and bonds/cloaks/ marks So yeah. I don't care. Just play the game. In darksouls theres a thing called "fashion souls" where people ignore gear stats and wear whatever looks cool Of course lots of people get rekt PvP Cuz most prefer best gear But some do the better players wear whatever or naked to do PvP Tl;Dr mmos have gear that is always best with no other one being better Other games u can wear whatever Don't like it? Play barbie dressup

4 通の返信[b]You don't need to be level 30.[/b] All of the game's content is playable at level 29 or lower; all of the other legendary armor in the game can get you to level 29. Also, there can be variety for those who mix one of the many exotic armor pieces into their raid set. On top of that, all of the raids will have unique raid gear that we will be able to mix and match. Less QQ, more PEW PEW.

You can just wait for the future raid gear if anything, its not like being lev 30 is such a big diffrence than being 29(which also gives you more cosmetic options than 30). You'll probably be able to mix and match the raid gear to your liking too, the perks on most of the raid armors are 'meh' for me right now so im not rushing.

2 通の返信I personally feel there needs to be a transmorg or something. Taking a piece of gear you have and paying some form of currency to have it look like a piece you have in your inventory. For example, there are quite a few low level armors that look way better than my current Dirty Trenchcoat look I have going now. And you don't have to worry about people running around looking like they have exotics. You can make certain gear unable to be changed. For example, you can change a legendary into anything legendary and below, but Exotics can't be changed, nor anything changed into them. tl;dr The option to take our favorite stat armor and make it look like our favorite aesthetic armor, but leave exotics out of the equation entirely.
