Is this lawsuit really frivolous?
Should a sandwich advertised as a 'footlong' actually have to be a foot long?

2 通の返信Yes and no. Bread is not an exact science, and it comes out different all the time. If you got an 11" sub instead of 12", sucks, but I wouldn't sue. If the sandwich makers deliberately and routinely cut sandwiches to an 11" length instead of 12", then yes, there's a problem.

1 返信Top laughs. It's ridiculous. That bread is a foot long if you just stretch it a bit once you have your hoagie. Now if this was a medical facility saying "We will make you completely healthy and remove all your ailments" then I'd say sue 'em where it hurts, but a restaurant selling cheap food? Aw hells no.
