1) Locate the downloaded file. If it's a .zip, you'll need to unzip it. You should have a folder, containing several sub-folders. 2) You should have a folder called Rainmeter, and a folder inside it called 'skins'. Move the downloaded folder into the skins folder. 3) Open rainmeter. On the left should be a list of skins. Your downloaded skin should be here. Open the folder. In the folder will be all the sub-folders. Open each sub-folder and load the file inside (double click) NB: You can only load one file from a folder. 4)???? 5) Profit

It has been a while since I installed my rainmeter skin. I think it automatically install the skin, then you right click on the current rainmeter skin, go the rainmeter drop down, go on layouts, then pick the one you want. Sorry if this is wrong, been a long time since I've done it.
