But DLC stand for "Downloadable Content". I don't believe the lexicon ever defined what that looks like beyond additional content. If you want to use Bungie's past terminology and identify what we got at any given period, for sure. With that said, you understand which content I'm making reference to in my post. But yes, expansion is probably more appropriate. I use this word to describe Renegades in other comments here, just not the title of the post.

It's not that sure that's fair if you look at the roadmap for edge of fade edge of fate and renegades is titled as an expansion it's not titled as a DLC. The reason it's titled like that in the roadmap because bungie recognizes renegades and edge of fate as a an expansion. Then you purchase it through any kind of store it is sold as an expansion even when you look at the info when you buy it off Microsoft or Sony it doesn't say DLC it says expansion.. Just like the next update the content update for March 2026 shadow and order that's not an expansion that is a DLC because it's going to be a continuation of renegades.
