Control what you can control. Let go what you can't. In this case, you control YOUR ACTIONS and thats about it. Play better, and it won't matter who you match. Group with a fireteam, and you won't have to rely on Bungie to give you good teammates. Simple answers to simple problems is best. Changing matchmaking to make tje game easier for you is the hardest possible solution. Improving your abilities is the simplest answer.

I have not played Trials since 2022, and my friend who is generally not as good of a PvP player was playing Trials this weekend. So I hopped in with him, he went to the lighthouse for his first time ever. Another player joined us, so we were in the trio group. I would say we were low to moderate skill, and still managed to win about 40% of our games and gradually improved. My opinion, rather than come to the forums and complain about matchmaking, get 2 people to play with and go into the trio group. Work on learning the mode, and how to play with each other rather than just winning. Learn openings, midgame and endgame strategies. What to do when your team gets a pick and guard the orb to prevent res, and what to do when you lose a player early and try to get the res. Just complaining that matchmaking is not fair is not enough honestly. If it is not favorable to you, then dont use it. Make a team, and learn to coordinate and absorb the burden yourself to be THAT player to make the difference. I learned a lot playing trials this weekend, there were plenty of games where I was clearly outclassed, but there were also plenty of games that were really close and could have gone our way and didnt because of chemistry between us. Leaving all of the team chemistry to matchmaking by queuing solo, makes it really hard to read because you are looking at 5 new players every round. Where you dont know your teams opening routes and tendencies, while having to read what the enemies route is at the same time. Sometimes you will have a cracked player on your team that can 1v5, but more often that is not the case and you need to step up yourself and play that role. Did anyone clear Zero Hour on their first run through when the mission released? No! You have to learn the route, and practice, and through that you will have the skill and efficiency to beat the mission. Same is true in Trials. Players have been playing the mode for YEARS, and understand without having to think about it what needs to be done to win. I am mostly a 6's player in PvP, and I need to relearn and re-equip my loadouts in order to better play 3's. Overall, I had a better experience in trials this weekend than I had expected. I didnt get to the Lighthouse, but I helped my friend get there and he was ecstatic, which is worth it for me.

if you're not good at pvp you should be "food for the 1 percenters." They put in time, got better, and reap the benefits. if you can't win, use your brain and try to get better. or go play a farming simulator or something.

1 返信So I took a look at all your games from Friday when you posted this thread and compared player stats.
You played 20 matches on Friday. In 3 matches the other team was significantly higher skilled and your team lost (15%). In 1 match the other team was significantly higher skilled and your team won (5%). In 1 match the other team was significantly lower skilled and you team won (5%). The remaining matches had even skill (75%)
Now I understand that losing a bunch o matches is frustrating, but lopsided matchmaking seems to have had little to do with your experience.

4 通の返信If you are serious about disliking Trials, then make a post detailing why you disliking it. Just saying "Trials sucks lol" Does nothing what so ever. If this is a bait then you failed at it as well, you need to make up some details about why it sucks (fake ones) perhaps even bloat things out of proportion. Once again just saying that it sucks, won't get any reaction out of it.

Every match you either contributed almost nothing to your team, or you were carried to a win. It’s the same scenerio for all these whiners. -They aren’t as good as they think they are. -They expect even more hand outs in a game mode revamp that literally gives you hand outs. -Their play history shows us that they either contribute nothing to a losing team or get carried by someone else to a win. Same thing every time.

1 返信You don’t even need to go flawless in order to reap some rewards. Give us a break lmao.

If you don’t think the changes were made to get more folks into Trials I feel for you. It’s all to increase the population. The truth be you’ll get farmed by the same PVP mains that have been there all along. Slight changes….same sweat lords.

28 通の返信Wtf are you on about i went to the lighthouse 5 times today. Crack smoking crack that its worse.

2 通の返信you are so mad that you made multiple post and upvoted with alt accounts lmfao, trials is a lot better, and you probably picked up the lighthouse passage

5 通の返信Oh honey you couldn’t be more wrong lol. You didn’t face a single top 1 percent player in any of your matches. In fact, looking at your match history, you lost to more players with a lower kd than yourself. Stop blaming a game for catering to your skill level.

1 返信Damn! Who could have predicted simply getting 7 wins would not be enough for those players. WOW!
