It's not the weekly weapon, so no.
If you already have the normal one unlocked in collections you can focus the normal one at Zavala.

You can see which weapon is dropping by checking which adept Zavala is selling in his focused decoding menu. It [i]should[/i] reappear in one of the final weeks (3 more weeks until Episode ends) but it may be shifted if it ends up being the week of Liminality as that has already been swapped out this Episode (NF+weapon) for error coding issues.
