This week she appears in Rheasilvia. She can be located by checking the map.

*shrug* There’s the possibility that OP may have taken extended time away from the game and, having only just recently returned, isn’t aware of the nuances of various locations or mechanics that have been introduced in the intervening time. We may be well versed in certain information about the game, however that does not mean it is necessarily intuitive to those for whom it may be a new experience. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

That's what I was saying. You'd almost expect everyone to know that petra moves around, but the game has been out so long now that a lot of people might not even know that. Which is strange to me because I've never played the same game this long.
