There’s nothing wrong with rime coat and Phoenix protocol hasn’t been a meta for like close to 8 months now, song of flame is better in every way so you’d just want to run that. Even back in into the light I’d say mantle of battle harmony was better cus it actually does something besides give you energy for a super that does no damage on its own

counterfeit got nerfed and rime-coat isn't bad you're just killing yourself by using explosive weapons when there's constructs around...i agree with the haste modifier though, it's obnoxious. tldr: get better spacial awareness, not for any of us, but for your own peace of mind lol

With no disrespect at all, rime coat is one of the best exotics they have released to date, just don't use a grenade launcher when you are stood in it (which you don't have to be). You cannot compare it to an actual super either. Anyway, on another note, I have found gl's blowing up in my face from invisible geometry or enemy projectiles

I will say Rime coat looks absolutely hideous and I refuse to use it until it gets some kind of ornament that doesn't make me look like an old timey witch in a girdle. Bungie's always been pretty good at making all armor look unisex but exotics like Rime Coat and all the high heeled armor sets clearly weren't made for people like me. It's too bad because I really like using stasis turrets and this exotic seems made for me, but I refuse to be seen wearing it in public because of how completely fugly it looks. To your point, while I appreciate being able to slam continuous diamond lances for my build on Titan, it gets in my own way sometimes. So I can understand the statement. The only fun I've been having in this game recently is helping ppl do vesper runs, and meeting new ppl. But it's all done on my behalf, not because the game is currently engaging

heres the plan dont touch pvp what so ever, play the last two episodes cuz we already paid for it, drop the game after ep 3 and tell bungie to go die as a company in a ditch cuz as soon as these episodes are done the game goes over and with some luck, bungie goes bakrupt
