Frozen issues with Destiny 2 and Call of Duty?

As the title says, my computer has a screen freeze problem when playing Destiny 2 and the latest BO6, and both games freeze in exactly the same way, which is replicable on my computer
How to reproduce? I can reproduce this problem 100% on my computer, I am not sure if it can be reproduced in different configurations, but before I provide possible steps, please keep the following conditions: the game is set to full screen without borders, and the resolution is equal to the actual desktop resolution; Operating system Settings - open Windows in display for game optimization and hardware acceleration; Browser hardware acceleration on/off does not affect the result
After opening the game, make sure you are in the track, character interface or destination interface, then open the browser, edge/chrome can be, open any web page, I recommend DIM. After completing the above steps, do nothing, wait 1-3 minutes on the DIM page (5 minutes is OK), then switch back to the game in your preferred way, no accident the game screen will freeze at this time, if it does not happen, then congratulations, your Destiny 2 can work normally; If the picture freezes, please use the following two methods to unfreeze
Switch back to the browser, scroll up and down the current page, and switch back to the game screen again
Press Ctrl Alt Del to switch to the security screen and click Cancel
After the implementation of the two methods, the game screen will be immediately unfrozen, otherwise, if you do nothing, when the game screen freezes, it will eventually lead to the game process error and crash, but the system generally will not record this log

Please try the following to resolve the issue: 1) Verify integrity of Destiny 2 game files: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB 2) Clear your download cache in Steam: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F 3) Uninstall Destiny 2 from your PC and then reinstall it. If you still experience the issue after going through the above steps, we ask you to provide us with a DxDiag for your system that can we can use to attempt to identify the issue. Use the steps below to generate a DxDiag: 1) Hold the Windows key on your keyboard. 2) Tap the R key to open the Run window. 3) In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag. 4) Press the Enter key. 5) The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. 6) If there is a pop-up window asking about digital driver signing; click Yes to proceed. 7) Click the Save all information button. 8) Click the Save button. 9) The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt. 10) Click the Exit button. Once you have the DxDiag, please share the information with us here (you only need to provide information from the "Diagnostics" section).

If possible, I would like the bungie tech staff to try to reproduce this issue and fix it. Right now I'm afraid to open my browser while playing, I don't know what to do to end this problem. This problem has been following me since the seventh year of DLC, I have seen the problem of Destiny 2 freezing in reddit and other forums, but when I in-depth look at their configuration, not only the configuration is different, the operating system is not consistent, BO6 happened after the hot fix on the 21st, there are also many people in reddit frozen. I don't think bungie or activision are going to aggressively move forward and fix this, so forgive me if I'm frustrated. But all the solutions I can find on the Internet don't work, and they just ask me to check GPU overclocking, drivers, CPU overclocking, memory and power supply, but I only started having problems after an update, I never overclocked my computer and changed the voltage operation, I use 100% stable environment, I didn't experience these issues on both warframe and Overwatch, I tried some standalone devices like Death Stranding and didn't experience this problem, I was desperate, is it really a problem for those of us who are freezing?
