Close to uninstalling
I’ve been playing since Destiny 1, but I’m about ready to uninstall the game. Tried playing Comp to get the gilded crucible seal, not because it’s enjoyable at all. Keep getting thrown into unplayable countdown games and the last time as a 2 versus 3. Left the match after immediately falling behind as expected and was subsequently suspended. I hate to leave an adventure game that I’ve invested so much time in, but getting pretty tired of the futility. There has to be a better experience out there…looking for suggestions!

8 通の返信Stop playing PVP. Solved almost all my problems with the game. To play D2 PvP (or any P2P shooter) you need to have a very relaxed personality, capable of seeing bullshit and letting it go. That’s not me.

2 通の返信I would say stay until Final Flop, play the story, be dissappinted with the post story grind and then call it quits like what looks like 40% of the population..... and then watch the sink ship from afar.

I got the comp title once... then gungie said "no u didnt" and took it away for some reason. Neverbothered with it again. Just dont play comp, there's no point. In terms of other games: Halo Infinite. Great multiplayer.

I think maybe just take a break till final shape. It a dud season, right? Maybe playing some other games (or who knows a break from games all together) and then coming back will be a good thing. My favourite times playing Destiny is always when I come back from a break: for example, I wasn’t playing when witch queen came out, cause Elden ring came out. Then in the summer I got the seasons on sale with witch queen and had a ton of fun. Now I’m on a break again till final shape (as long as it’s good).

I've been tired of destiny for a long time. For the last few months I would play a few games of crucible and then get bored of it and uninstal the game. I've done this so many times but now I just don't bother and stick with battlefield 2042 or mw3. Those games are a breath of fresh air now compared to D2. I can't believe I was so hooked on destiny for so long but the spell has been broken. I will always appreciate the game and all the joy it has brought me over the last 9 years but these days it's just boring and devs don't care about pvp and that's all I play D2 for. If I want a good pve experience I play cyberpunk, not Destiny lol

You play games for fun. If you are not having fun, go play something else. There are quite a bit of other shooters out there right now. If you like that, go keep playing those. Comp is the reason why you are close to uninstalling than I will be honest, just go play another game.
