IB is nothing but shotgun apes due to the game mode, why wasn't this tested before release?
This is without a doubt the worst mode I've ever played. I finally just had to give in to the shotgun on the last map. Also make low resilience mean something. the TTK shouldn't be the same for someone running 100 as it is for someone running 20 especially if they aren't running recovery either. Not understanding how that makes any sense for builds.

Everyone's health should be the same in PvP, resilience stats shouldn't change TTK whatsoever or else that'd tip the scale so only 1 class that benifits the most from resilience would be the most dominant, hell in some cases it does, it's the difference from a 2 tap vs a 3 tap for thorn, and handcannons depending on headshot to body ratios, this shouldn't be the case, and to simplify things everyone should have 200 health, no more, no less
