The only issue I have with it (although I have the same with the vault at locations as well) is that I'll forget I have the vault open, try to equip something, and end up depositing it instead. But as I said, I tend to do that anyway so it's definitely 'operator error' on my part. Otherwise, I really like the convenience of it.
